Senior Citizens Support Group - Coffee Morning and so much more!
The Senior Citizens’ Support Group was first established as the Senior Citizens’ Action Group in 2010 and changed its name in 2012. The group was registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation in March 2015 and registered with the Charity Commission with the number 1160774.
The Group is a non profit organisation run by the members for the members. There are up to twelve Trustees including the officers of the organisation, Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. The Trustees are augmented by a small number of co-opted members. The Board of Trustees and committee members are all volunteers. The charity does not employ any paid staff.
The aim of the Group is to provide at least one form of activity or event every week and thus ensure that members have something to look forward to at all times. For details of current events or to join please call 01924 565859
