Health Walks are short volunteer - led walks that aim to give you an opportunity to get outdoors, meet new people and improve your health.
You do not have to be super fit or own a pair of walking boots.
Wear comfortable footwear and clothing appropriate to the weather. So go on
Walk More and Feel the Difference!
Meet up every Monday morning at Horbury Library at 10.30am.
